Love this app!

This program is so secure that you cannot recover your account without logging into a PC browser with the LastPass plugin installed. On top of that if you didnt use this on the desktop ever or initially, there is no way to recover the account. The person who used this only used and on the phone and never used it on PC.

Installed the free app. Had no use for it at the time. When I attempted to use the app for the first time, it accepted my credentials then stated that I would need to upgrade to premium. Looks like this is trial ware. Ive loved LastPass for my main systems, but this has turned me off completely. Expletives... Lots of them.

Significantly better than its competition, for $12 per year this is a steal. The only way to securely save passwords. Support your right to privacy by making your passwords difficult to crack while safely secured!

I want to love this app for my iPhone. I really do. But while it worked well the first week, it is now not auto-filling the username and password when I launch a site through the app. This means I have to copy and paste the password, which are extra steps that I shouldnt have to be dealing with in the app. My husband has the same issues -- VERY FRUSTRATING as we are each signed up for the monthly subscription. If this continues, we will likely cancel service. Just not worth the extra hassle when I could go back to Dashlane. Please fix!!!

No Touch ID for "initial" login despite incessant demand from customers. Strong search feature for finding the login you want. Customer service is unresponsive and dismissive. Needs option to unlock with Touch ID at all times, including when phone first powers up during initial login. If youre a fan of LastPasss desktop interface, the iOS interface has grown more useful. The apps dev team has navigated around some of iOSs restrictions. Try LastPass for the two-week trial run. Deeper integration with iOS Touch ID is great. Javascript workarounds for Google Chrome are handy, but Apple Safari blocks them due to Apples walled-garden philosophy treats its overcharged customers like children. Recommend.

The UI on the app and on the Mac download are so far behind the web interface its not even funny. I have about 4 to 5 password that have the Google logo and arent Google. $12 is a great price if you dont care about your interface experience.

This app shows promise, but after designating English as my preferred language I find many tabs in a language I dont recognize. I have to guess as to their meaning.

On an iPhone 7, the app takes as long as 15 seconds to launch. This is an order of magnitude slower than launching the same app on iOS 9 and an iPhone 6 just a few weeks ago. Hoping for an update, and exploring competing apps in the meantime.

Been using LastPass Premium since its inception. Its wonderful on a desktop browser which also means great cross platform capabilities. That said, Its clunky on mobile, especially since iCloud passwords are now integrated with Safari. Touch authentication has gone a long way toward making LastPass more useable. On mobile, I actually use Safari-iCloud instead and take the time to copy new passwords to LastPass. An inconvenience? Sure, but I also heavily use Linux and Windows. If I were "Apple Only" Im not sure I would use this. If youre the type of user that only uses Apple products including Safari exclusively on desktop/mobile than LastPass makes less sense. You can still use it to store software license info, notes, etc. But the case isnt as strong.

This app is not free. 0 functionality unless you pay. This is not readily available information until you download the app.

This app was not built correctly It has a flaw where if you did not keep your login password somewhere else. If the login session timeout without knowledge of password. You cannot recover an account. The only way to get the account back is no way. Be careful with storing anything you cannot loose.

Great app. 10.1 seems to have broken the 2 factor authentication pop up.

Ive been using the internet for over 20 years. Everything needs a password. I used to keep all of my info in a hand written log book. That got cumbersome. If I changed a password and failed to update my book, not good. Sure, there is always a lost password method. Not to mention the inability to copy and past passwords. So, I typed it all in a Word.doc and kept it on a thumb drive for security. Worked okay for years until I found myself using mobile devices as much if not more than my desktop. There are several services that offer (Im assuming) similar features to LastPass. But, this was the least expensive and rated well when I signed up. Now, after over 2 years using premium, I cant live without it. I love it. My wife says, "Oh shoot, I forgot my password!" I theyll her to open the LastPass app I put on her phone and Voilà! Perfect and beautiful every time.

Simple, reliable, and intuitive

Not as sloppy as Dashlane, in my opinion. Plus LastPass is truly cross-platform. Not as great as 1Password, in my honest opinion, however 1Password has its own drawbacks. I like to use 1Password to securely clone/backup my LastPass vault every so often. LastPass Premium is also only $1/month. Cant beat that.

You need to purchase premium or else your "trial" expires and you cant use the app. Love their website and browser add on though

Have reinstalled this numerous times. Often have trouble logging in. Once logged in, connection to sites far from smooth. Do not understand the high ratings for the phone app.
